Executive Vice President
Albert Engel joined the Kollel in 1986 as an assistant to Rabbi Rivlin after serving as chief of collections and audit supervisor (Toronto region) of Revenue Canada for 33 years. In 1992 after Rabbi Rivlin retired Mr. Engel became our Executive Vice President of fundraising activities.
Rabbi Nosson Hofman
Hanhala/Dean of Students
Rabbi Hofman is the Dean of Students of the Kollel and its Administrator. Rabbi Hofman, an alumnus of BMG-Lakewood and close disciple of Rav Shneur Kotler zt"l joined the Kollel as an avreich in 1983. In 1992 he was asked to join the Hanahala and set up the Hanahala/Administrative Dep. Working hand in hand with the Roshei Kollel, Rabbi Hofman helps maintain the daily operations of KollelToronto IAJS.
Rabbi Shea Miller
Executive Director
Rabbi Shea Miller, son of the Rosh Kollel joined the Kollel in 1982. As Executive Director he manages the Kollel properties and scholar residences on a daily basis. He also heads the yearly parlour meeting fund raiser.
Mrs. Anne Purwitsky
Office Administrator
Mrs. Purwitsky joined the staff in 1997. Prior to joining the Kollel she worked in the office at Beth Avraham Yoseph of Toronto since its inception.
